By accessing iPO Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. iPO Hub is a trading name of iJATTA Limited.

2. The Direct Rail Invariant

iPO Hub is a software provider, not a letting agent or financial custodian. We do not touch or process rent payments. All payments are made directly via standing order from Tenant to Landlord.

3. Limitation of Liability

While our compliance shield automates monitoring, the ultimate legal responsibility for property compliance rests with the landlord or corporate SPV.
